REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Visual Habit, every project involves time, planning, strategy, coordination, and creative work. Because of this, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the client and our team.
1. Advance Payments
Advance payments are collected to reserve project time, begin planning, and allocate resources.
Once work has started, advance payments are non-refundable.
Work includes, but is not limited to, strategy, research, planning, scripting, content direction, design, shoot planning, coordination, meetings, editing, revisions, and project management.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project before any work has started, Visual Habit may consider a partial or full refund at its discretion.
Any payment gateway fees, bank charges, currency conversion charges, transaction charges, or taxes already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
3. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once work has started, payments made toward the project are non-refundable.
This applies even if the final deliverables have not yet been published, posted, or handed over, because planning, creative work, coordination, and production time may already have been used.
4. Delivered or Approved Work
No refunds will be issued for work that has been delivered, shared for review, approved, published, or used by the client.
This includes strategy documents, content plans, scripts, designs, reels, videos, captions, campaign ideas, social media assets, website copy, brand documents, and other creative or marketing deliverables.
5. Monthly Retainers
For monthly retainers, payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
If a client chooses to pause or discontinue services, the request must be communicated before the next billing cycle begins. Work already planned, scheduled, or completed during the active billing cycle will remain billable.
6. Rescheduling
Shoot days, meetings, and project timelines may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Repeated delays, late approvals, missing inputs, or lack of response from the client may affect delivery timelines. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay or the payment method used for the transaction.
Refund timelines may vary depending on Razorpay, the client’s bank, card issuer, payment method, country, and applicable payment regulations.
8. International Payments
For international payments, any bank charges, currency conversion charges, payment gateway fees, foreign transaction charges, or applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client and may not be refundable.
9. Final Decision
All refund requests will be reviewed based on the project status, work completed, time invested, and costs already incurred.
Visual Habit reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion.
