PAYMENT TERMS
Visual Habit accepts payments through Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
Indian clients may be able to pay using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, wallets, and other Razorpay-supported payment options.
International clients may be able to pay using eligible international debit or credit cards, subject to Razorpay activation, card issuer approval, successful transaction authentication, and applicable payment regulations.
Available payment methods may vary based on the client’s country, bank, card issuer, currency, Razorpay settings, and regulatory requirements.
1. Payment Confirmation
A project, retainer, audit, or service is confirmed only after the required advance payment or agreed milestone payment is received by Visual Habit.
Visual Habit may not begin work until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
2. Advance Payment
Advance payment may be required before project work begins.
The advance amount, payment schedule, and milestone structure will be mentioned in the proposal, quotation, invoice, agreement, email confirmation, or written communication shared with the client.
3. Milestone Payments
For larger projects, payments may be split into milestones.
Work on the next stage may begin only after the relevant milestone payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Monthly Retainers
For monthly retainers, payment must be made before the start of the billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Paid media budgets, ad spends, boosting amounts, keyword spends, platform charges, and third-party advertising costs are not included in Visual Habit’s service fees unless clearly mentioned in the approved proposal, quotation, invoice, or written confirmation.
If payment is delayed, Visual Habit may pause planning, posting, design, editing, shooting, reporting, communication, or any other ongoing service until payment is received.
5. Payment Gateway
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or any other payment method approved by Visual Habit.
Visual Habit is not responsible for payment failures, bank declines, card issuer issues, payment gateway downtime, international transaction restrictions, currency conversion charges, foreign transaction charges, or bank charges.
6. Currency and Conversion
Payments may be collected in Indian Rupees or any other currency supported by the payment gateway and approved by Visual Habit.
For international payments, the final amount charged may vary based on exchange rates, bank charges, card issuer charges, foreign transaction fees, taxes, or payment gateway fees.
The client is responsible for any such charges applied by their bank, card issuer, payment provider, or local authority.
7. Taxes and Compliance
Taxes, GST treatment, payment gateway fees, bank charges, international transaction charges, and export documentation will be handled as applicable under Indian law.
Any taxes, charges, deductions, or compliance requirements applicable in the client’s country are the client’s responsibility.
8. Late Payments
If payment is not received by the agreed date, Visual Habit may pause or delay the project, retainer, delivery, publishing, reporting, or handover.
Delays caused by late payment do not qualify for a refund or timeline extension claim against Visual Habit.
9. Invoice and Receipt
Visual Habit may issue invoices, receipts, or payment confirmations based on the agreed payment terms and applicable compliance requirements.
The client is responsible for sharing accurate billing details before invoice generation.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by Visual Habit’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.
